How do I contact you?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AfterPay, Shop Pay Installments, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, ShopPay, and Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Discover, Diners Club & Elo.
When will my order ship?
After your payment is processed, we ship your order in 2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. A few rare exceptions are handmade items. If timing falls outside that listed above, it will be indicated on the product page.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as well as an email when your package is delivered. Please visit our shipping page for more information on our standard and expedited shipping options.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we do! Please contact us at: hello@ stylecoop.com or call / text us at 646.481.4119. We will send you a shipping label. Please note we only accept returns within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges of $4. For more information, please visit our returns page.
Why am I being charged tax?
All orders are charged CT state tax, as it’s the location of our office.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please visit our shipping section for more information.
If ordering from outside the U.S., will I have to pay taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. As the purchaser, you are responsible for paying these duties. On some occasions, packages will be delayed as they move through customs.
