We make every effort to streamline packaging, while still protecting your product/s. We are committed to shipping plastic-free.
We will ship your product/s in either a padded kraft, cardboard, or compostable mailer, ensuring that it breaks down before it has a chance to our pollute oceans and waterways.
We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the rare event that one or more of your items require longer processing time, we will ship your available products first.
CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING
Every order is offset with carbon credits, acquired through a partnership with Grassroots Carbon.
USA SHIPPING
After your payment is processed, we will ship your order in 3-4 business days. A few rare exceptions are handmade items. The time to ship will be indicated on the product page.
STANDARD SHIPPING: $4
Our Standard Shipping (2-7 days) cost for orders under $60, is a $5 flat rate. A tracking number and delivery confirmation will be provided via email.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $50
We offer free Standard Shipping (2-7 days) on orders over $60, being shipped to a USA address. The discount will automatically appear at check-out. A tracking number and delivery confirmation will be provided via email.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Expedited Shipping (2-3 days) is available for a flat-rate fee of $18. Please select Priority Shipping upon check-out. A tracking number and delivery confirmation will be provided via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. Shipping costs are a $40 flat rate. We are sorry we cannot accept returns on international orders. Please be aware, that your order might accrue import duties, which are the customers responsibility to pay.
